Bonus Material from the music documentary «Yopougon - Way Back Home»

Shooting Day 40. On our way from Accra to Abidjan we visited multi-instrumentalist / producer Kwame Yeboah at his Kwashibu Music Studio to capture some footage. It turned into a studio session, the result of which is a magical track: «Monday Glory».

Nerd-facts: Each instrument was recorded in one take, and the whole recording process took no more than 40 minutes. It‘s Tony Allen’s snare drum Kwame is playing on. Tony had been a frequent guest at this studio.
